Michele has over 25 years of experience in the enterprise sales and has assumed roles focusing on sales excellence, software licensing, sales management and account management at the Corporate, Area, and Subsidiary levels. He worked with Microsoft for over two decades, where he was responsible for conceiving sales execution playbooks and managing sales discipline and strategies for over 350 sales managers worldwide. Michele began his career exceed quota every year in high-performing sales specialist roles at EDS, IBM, and Siemens Nixdorf. He received his M.B.A from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela and his B.S. in Computer Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.

René has worked in the high-tech B2B space for 23 years, principally in Product Marketing / Management and Relationship Marketing roles with a heavy focus on Measurement and Data Analytics & Visualization. After beginning his career at Xerox, René went on to work with Microsoft for over 20 years, most recently in the Office 365 team, overseeing the performance and growth strategy of the commercial online business, from acquisition to retention. He received his B.A. in Systems Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela and completed a certificate program in Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
